What do I wear to class
Dress comfortably enough to sit on the ground and play and don’t forget socks. We lay down foam puzzle mats and we take off our shoes to keep the mats clean for everyone sitting or crawling on them.
What can I expect in class?
Our classes are designed to introduce kids to music in a fun and playful way. We will be shaking eggs, tapping sticks, banging drums, clapping, dancing, singing, and moving around. Parents are encouraged to participate with the kids. You won’t be put on the spot to sing or dance, but come on, thats where the fun is…
How are different ages handled?
Our classes and activities are geared to mixed ages and our teachers are trained to adjust the lessons based on who is in class. With babies, there may be less movement, lower music volume or simpler actions with the instruments. With toddlers or older kids, there will be more challenging activities, call and response, singing, rhythm patterns, jumping or directed drumming, etc.
Can I send a sub (dad, aunt, grandma, nanny))?
Absolutely! We love having other family members join us in class. You can send a sub if you are unable to come or just invite someone along for fun.
Can siblings come to class?
Yes! Older siblings are welcome to come to class on their day off from school, at no extra charge. Babies under 6 months are free with a regular priced registered sibling.
What do I get with registration?
Weekly 45 minute class and an original CD of all the music we will do for the 10 week session.
What if we’re sick, can I do a make up class?
We allow unlimited makeups during a class session. You can generally do a make up in any of our other classes offered as long as there is space that day. You can use our online make up scheduler to register and it will show all available classes. Under the registration tab on the home page.

What is the refund policy?
A full refund may be issued up to the second week of classes. After that time, a credit will be issued for a future session. Under emergency circumstances or illness, a refund for remaining classes may be issued minus a 15% processing fee of the original class cost.
What happens in inclement weather?
In the case of snow or very bad rain storms, class may be cancelled or postponed. Always check the website on the morning of your class if you have a concern about weather as we post cancellations by 8am. You can follow us on Twitter/@2littlerockers to get up to the minute updates on class or you can opt in for text message alerts when you register for class.
Do you offer drop ins and/or trial classes?
We offer a free demo class to new families based upon class availability. We also allow drop-ins for a daily class rate in most locations if there is room in the class. Demos and Drop-Ins must be scheduled ahead of time. Contact us to schedule your free trial class.

How long are classes?
45 minutes. Plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your class time to settle in. Please make a point to arrive on time or early. It can be disruptive to the group if you enter class during the opening song.
How long is a session?
Regular season sessions are 10-12 weeks. Summer and Holiday sessions are shorter, depending on the calendar, and are priced as such.
How do I register?
Click the “Classes – Register” tab and follow the directions. Payments can be made by credit card in our store or by cash or check in class/mail.
What is my child getting from the class?
The benefits of music classes on young children are well documented. Even babies as young as 3 months will respond to sounds, vibrations and rhythms. The impact of consistent shared musical experiences with family members and others can not be overstated. It aids in their language, math and social development. Click here to see related article.
How can I get another cd/book?
Additional class CDs/Books can be purchased in class. You may exchange a damaged CD at no charge, for the duration of the class session.
Can I purchase your music online?
Our classroom series CDs are only available with class registration but much of our music is for sale on iTunes, CDBaby or Amazon.
Can I purchase the instruments used in class?
Yes, check our store for merchandise available for your little one to rock out at home!
Can I purchase a class for someone else?
Yes! We offer gift certificates in a variety of denominations for full or partial class sessions. Check the store.
How do I book a party?
Check the party tab for details and info about parties. Call or email us with your party date and time to check scheduling and availability.
How can I book the band for our event?
The Little Rockers Band is available for festivals, fairs, fun days, school assemblies and any other event that requires an awesome rock band for family entertainment.
